Royalty-free images

A royalty-free image license means that you may use the images you purchase in many different projects, over an unlimited period of time. You only pay once for each image. Prices differ only depending on image size.
However, there are royalty-free license terms to which you as a buyer and downloader has to agree.

General terms

This is a legal agreement between you, the buyer and Artmixer. By purchasing and downloading images from Artmixer.com you agree to be bound by this agreement. This applies to personal use as well as commercial use. As a buyer you register, either as a private person or as a business.

Conditions of use

The low-resolution, size 600x432 pixels may be used for free. High-resolution images are purchased and downloaded. Both low- and high-resolution images are bound by this license agreement.

Artmixer grants you as a buyer a non-exclusive, but non-sublicensable right to use the high- and low-resolution images of Artmixer for personal use on your computer. A copy may be used for backup purposes, but no image may be copied for sharing. You, as a licensee, may not use any of the images of Artmixer in other ways than explicitly stated in this license agreement.

The low-resolution images may be used worldwide for non-commercial use only, with no limits on the number of times used.

The high-resolution images may be used worldwide, both for non-commercial and commercial use, with no limits on the number of times used, as follows:

a) As part of advertising and promotional materials in various forms for printing, such as posters, postcards, leaflets etc.

b) As part of online projects such as web pages and other electronic media such as CD- or DVD-distribution.

c) As part of any products, including products for sale and print or electronic publications.

d) For personal and non-commercial use.

High- or low-resolution images of Artmixer may not be sublicensed or used separated from products, web pages or other electronic or print media of any kind.

Ownership

Torbjörn Bergsdal of Artmixer.com retain all rights to all images and text on this site not explicitly granted in this license agreement.
